Kaya Izmir Thermal & Convention Hotel, İzmir

While the hotel has a charming garden with kittens that brought me joy, my overall experience was marred by some significant drawbacks. The service was often hindered by language barriers, and despite the spacious room, there was an unpleasant odor from the therapist during my spa visit that disrupted my relaxation. I would consider another stay due to the positive atmosphere and pleasant staff, but certain aspects need addressing.

My stay at the Kaya Hotel was quite enjoyable, with lovely staff and spacious spa facilities that really enhanced my experience. The hotel is tucked away from the bustling city, offering a peaceful retreat, though it does take a little effort to get to local dining options. While the rooms were big enough, I found the lack of good sunlight and views a bit disappointing. Overall, it felt like a nice getaway with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a pretty rough experience at this hotel. While the location seemed attractive and the lobby looked nice, the numerous issues we faced turned it into a nightmare. We had to switch rooms multiple times due to heating and cleanliness problems, and the service left much to be desired. I certainly wouldn’t recommend it based on my stay.
